Sergey Marus

Sergey Marus was born in Kyiv, Ukraine, and graduated from the National Academy of Arts.

Everything is alive in Marus's art — trees, bushes, and leaves exist as transcendental objects, small galaxies unto themselves. In his paintings, an inner life emerges, bringing a veiled secret to the surface.

Marus has shown work in more than 30 exhibitions and projects across Europe and Asia, and his paintings are held in private collections internationally.
